Students complete their core academics in just two concentrated hours each morning using an AI-powered platform. The afternoons are reserved for what matters most: immersive, hands-on workshops that build real-world skills and broaden students' sense of what's achievable.
Instead of delivering conventional instruction, you'll serve as the mentor every learner needs—someone who energizes them each day and equips them with critical life skills through engaging, experiential workshops.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on learning approaches
- Cultivating a welcoming, dynamic virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and feedback to customize motivation and support for each individual student
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a compelling, adaptable learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing core academic content (our AI tutors manage that)
- Adhering to a fixed timetable or instructional framework
- Conducting lecture-based, passive instruction sessions
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Ready to begin by the end of July
Nice to have
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
