Then comes the transformation—afternoons burst with engaging workshops designed to build practical skills and expand students' horizons of possibility.

As a Virtual Learning Facilitator, you won't be delivering traditional lessons. Instead, you'll become a mentor who inspires daily growth, nurtures essential life competencies, and guides students through dynamic, interactive experiences.

This position transcends conventional virtual teaching—you'll be catalyzing bold thinking, mentoring students toward their aspirations, and helping them uncover their true potential. If you're passionate about redefining education, we're eager to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating engaging virtual workshops that cultivate critical life competencies including collaboration, effective communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative self-expression
  • Guiding students through immersion tracks with experiential, project-centered learning approaches
  • Cultivating a vibrant, supportive virtual environment where students feel empowered to take risks and develop
  • Leveraging student performance data and insights to provide personalized encouragement and support
  • Partnering with diverse educators across global time zones to create flexible, captivating learning journeys

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering instruction in core academic subjects (our AI tutoring system handles this component)
  • Adhering to inflexible schedules or conventional teaching methodologies
  • Conducting passive, lecture-dominated learning sessions

Key responsibilities

Empower and motivate students globally to develop into confident, resourceful problem-solvers by facilitating immersive skill-building workshops within our innovative virtual-first, adaptable educational ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • Current teaching certification from any US state
  • Demonstrated history of teaching, mentoring, or coaching young learners (preferably Grades 4–8)
  • Exceptional virtual communication skills; confident and engaging on video platforms
  • Commitment to full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
  • Ability to onboard and begin within 2-3 weeks
  • Enthusiasm for working in an innovative, technology-enhanced, learner-focused environment

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency (particularly valuable for our immersion programming)
  • Prior experience facilitating bilingual workshops, student clubs, or enrichment activities
  • Professional background in project-based education, creative learning methodologies, or non-traditional educational settings
