Learning Experience Facilitator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a hybrid role that requires physical presence in Arizona.

If you're a licensed teacher ready to move beyond classroom management and into life-changing mentorship, this is your opportunity.

Imagine a teaching role that eliminates lesson plans, lectures, and grading—and instead centers on guiding students to become self-assured, competent individuals.

Unbound Academy has redesigned what teaching means. This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that replaces traditional worksheets with experiential learning and prioritizes personal development. Students handle core academics independently through AI-powered platforms in just two hours daily. The remainder of their day is dedicated to acquiring practical skills via facilitated workshops, personalized coaching, and exploratory activities.

Your role won't involve delivering scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, innovate, collaborate, and evolve. You'll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and critical thinking while cultivating independence, self-confidence, and executive function skills.

This position is not designed for educators seeking to recreate conventional schooling on Zoom. It's built for licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, embrace a hybrid work model, and equip students with skills that genuinely prepare them for real life. If you've outgrown classroom busywork and are ready for the most impactful work of your teaching career, continue reading.

  • Instructing core academic subjects; adaptive AI tutors manage those areas
