Students tackle academics in two concentrated hours with AI assistance, freeing up the rest of the day for immersive workshops that nurture life skills, curiosity, and self-assurance.
Forget about scripted lessons or managing a virtual classroom. Here, you'll lead dynamic online sessions that help students explore bold ideas through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and more. Your role is to coach them towards independence, guide their personal growth, and equip them with real-world skills.

What you will be doing
- Conducting engaging, virtual workshops on life skills like creativity, communication, and problem-solving
- Mentoring students individually and in small groups to foster confidence, self-direction, and executive function
- Utilizing platform data to customize support and monitor progress over time
- Collaborating with other educators to design and enhance project-based learning experiences
- Creating an energetic, supportive environment where students feel valued and eager to grow
What you will NOT be doing
- Teaching core academics—AI tutors handle that
- Delivering scripted lectures or adhering to a conventional classroom model
- Grading assignments or preparing standardized lesson plans
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
- Strong virtual presence; adept at leading via video
- Available for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
- Ready to start within 2-3 weeks
- Enthusiastic about working in a tech-forward, student-centric school
