What you will be doing

  • Conducting adaptive reading sessions focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
  • Creating individualized engagement strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
  • Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable findings
  • Partnering with technical staff to test and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
  • Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of scripted curricula
  • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to learner behaviors within those systems
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at one of these campuses: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
