What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with children and foster a lasting enthusiasm for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

- Following pre-packaged curricula or published instructional sequences

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student engagement patterns within these systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
