What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Following pre-packaged curricula or publisher-provided scope-and-sequence materials

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Ability to assess reading levels, organize student groupings, and create differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student interaction data within those platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
