Can personalized reading intervention achieve better outcomes than the most effective scripted programs, and can AI enable that personalization at scale?

Alpha School offers the opportunity to execute an AI-powered reading program that redefines early literacy teaching. You will facilitate brief, high-impact workshops rather than conventional hour-long class periods. Your work includes diagnosing the needs of K-2 learners, developing original evidence-based lessons without reliance on published curricula, and contributing to adaptive technologies that extend your expertise to hundreds of students. We seek reading specialists who excel in environments without rigid instructional frameworks and are motivated to advance scalable literacy solutions.
