What you will be doing

  • Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
  • Creating individualized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster a lasting passion for reading
  • Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and extract meaningful insights
  • Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
  • Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
  • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within these systems
  • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
