What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lifelong love of reading
- Examining student performance data to refine your methods continuously and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with the tech team to assess and improve AI literacy tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
