What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops for children aged 4-7 that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (examples: Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student behaviors within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
