What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and nurture a sustained passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and identify meaningful trends
- Working alongside engineering staff to assess and refine AI-powered literacy applications
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar credential)
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in the early elementary grades
- Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and crafting differentiated lessons independent of packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI or adaptive learning platforms and adept at interpreting student interaction patterns within those systems
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
