Consider the point at which you understood that reading instruction methods work—they simply lack the ability to scale your specialized knowledge.

Alpha School offers you the opportunity to architect an AI-powered reading program capable of producing more measurable progress in 2 hours than conventional schools accomplish during an entire school day. You will create adaptive workshop formats, examine live student performance data, and partner with engineering teams to develop literacy platforms that extend your influence to hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student interaction with forward-looking program design, allowing you to guide individual readers while constructing a framework that delivers core literacy instruction across multiple school sites.
