What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4-7 year olds that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to continuously improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting instruction based on student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
