What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage young learners and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
- Examining student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate practical insights
- Partnering with technology teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize students into appropriate groups, and develop differentiated instruction independent of published curricula
- Competence with AI and adaptive learning platforms, including responsiveness to student interaction patterns
- Legal authorization for U.S. employment without need for sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of these campus locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
