What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating dynamic reading workshops that build essential foundations in phonics, comprehension strategies, and reading fluency
  • Creating tailored inspirational learning experiences that spark genuine connections with young learners and foster an enduring passion for reading
  • Leveraging student performance data to iteratively refine instructional approaches and identify key actionable insights
  • Partnering with our technology specialists to test, evaluate, and improve our AI-driven literacy tools

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree complemented by specialized certification in evidence-based reading instruction methodologies (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable approaches)
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success delivering targeted reading interventions to small groups of early elementary learners
  • Demonstrated expertise in reading assessment, strategic student grouping, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-packaged curriculum materials
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI and adaptive learning platforms, with the ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Commitment to working in-person at one of our learning centers: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
