Alpha Anywhere operates on the 2-Hour Learning model: students complete a full academic day in two intensive hours, freeing their afternoons for podcasts, murals, gymnastics, and other pursuits. Your role keeps that engine running smoothly.
From any location with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, rapid interventions that drive each learner to 90 % mastery and higher. When obstacles emerge, you conduct live coaching sessions, clear the roadblock immediately, and restore momentum with renewed student confidence.
You will witness parents seeing dramatic growth in self-belief, students accelerating learning by a factor of two, and the tangible results of every insight you produce and every question you pose. If turning analytics into fuel for young learners excites you, read on.
What you will be doing
- Creating precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Conducting fast-turnaround intervention calls that remove obstacles and reignite student motivation for the next task
- Leading post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish true knowledge gaps from simple mistakes and define unambiguous action items
- Reporting roster irregularities or metric discrepancies the instant they surface, protecting data reliability at every level
- Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to iterate on dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor matures
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending marathon meetings where your analysis sits idle
- Producing one-size-fits-all presentations without visibility into real outcomes
- Grading paper assignments or drafting lesson plans—AI handles the instructional workload
Key responsibilities
Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
