What you will be doing
- Building laser-accurate Academic Data Reports that surface issues and trigger fixes inside a 48-hour window
- Hosting rapid-response "rescue" calls that resolve blockers and leave kids motivated to tackle the next challenge
- Running post-assessment coaching sessions to separate knowledge gaps from careless errors and assign crystal-clear next steps
- Flagging roster quirks or data anomalies the moment they appear, safeguarding the integrity of every metric
- Syncing with Parent Support and Academics leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves
What you will NOT be doing
- Sitting through endless meetings waiting for your insights to matter

- Grading stacks of paper or writing lesson plans—the AI does the heavy lifting
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
