Alpha Anywhere's 2-Hour Learning model enables students to complete a full academic day in two highly efficient hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. As a Learning Support Analyst, you will be the engine behind that system.
From anywhere with a reliable internet connection, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, prompt interventions that drive each student toward 90 % mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate roadblocks in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Conducting urgent intervention calls that remove barriers and restore student motivation for the next task
- Leading post-assessment coaching to distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes and outline clear action plans
- Reporting roster inconsistencies or data irregularities immediately to protect the accuracy of all metrics
- Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending marathon meetings where your analysis sits unused
- Producing boilerplate presentations disconnected from real outcomes
- Correcting printed assignments or drafting curricula—the AI handles the instructional workload
Key responsibilities
Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
