What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate solutions within a 48-hour timeframe
- Conducting fast-turnaround intervention calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation for upcoming work
- Leading post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish true knowledge deficits from simple mistakes and deliver clear action steps
- Identifying enrollment irregularities or metric discrepancies immediately upon detection, protecting the reliability of all data
- Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance platforms, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending prolonged meetings while your analyses sit unused
- Producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
- Evaluating physical assignments or designing curriculum—the AI handles the instructional workload
Key responsibilities
Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
