From any location with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that guide each learner toward 90 % mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, remove the barrier in real time, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify issues and initiate corrective actions within a 48-hour timeframe
- Conducting urgent-response coaching calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation for the next academic challenge
- Leading post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish knowledge deficits from careless mistakes and prescribe clear next actions
- Identifying roster irregularities or data discrepancies immediately upon detection, protecting the accuracy of every measurement
- Coordinating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending hours in meetings while your insights go unused
- Producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into results
- Grading paper assignments or developing lesson plans—the AI handles the instructional workload
Key responsibilities
Provide real-time academic intelligence and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
