From anywhere with reliable internet, you will convert streams of AI-generated performance insights into precise, timely interventions that guide each learner to 90 % mastery and beyond. When a student encounters an obstacle, you conduct a live coaching session, remove the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate solutions within a 48-hour timeframe
- Conducting urgent intervention calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation to continue progressing
- Facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes and deliver specific action steps
- Reporting roster inconsistencies or data irregularities as soon as they emerge, protecting the accuracy of every measurement
- Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending prolonged meetings while your analysis sits unused
- Producing generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
- Scoring paper assignments or drafting lesson plans—the AI handles the instruction
Key responsibilities
Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
