LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at our Chantilly, VA campus. 

At Alpha, you won't simply discuss transforming lives through education—you'll actively deliver it. This position serves as the front line of both expansion and stewardship: the individual who persuades families to enroll and guarantees that once enrolled, their children experience a secure, efficiently managed environment.

This school-based role differs from most by combining admissions accountability with direct campus operations oversight. You'll serve as the trusted voice families hear throughout their enrollment journey, and the reliable presence maintaining daily safety and facility standards so educators can concentrate on producing outstanding learning results.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting tailored campus visits that convert families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments.
  • Shepherding prospective families through the enrollment pipeline with timely, personalized, and determined outreach.
  • Maintaining daily adherence to all safeguarding standards and proactively mitigating potential hazards.
  • Overseeing facilities with a preventive mindset, liaising with vendors, and securing cost-efficient, timely maintenance.
  • Monitoring metrics across enrollment and operations to optimize strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing students or creating curriculum—your emphasis is on operational quality, not instruction.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to initiate—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Conducting formulaic, rehearsed tours or standardized correspondence.
  • Working in isolation—partnership with staff, families, and service providers is fundamental.

Key responsibilities

Increase student enrollment while upholding a secure, compliant, and efficiently operated campus that enables guides to concentrate exclusively on producing educational results.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven experience in enrollment, admissions, or a client-facing capacity involving families or students.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly.
  • Proficiency with data monitoring and evaluation.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
  • Availability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
