Enrollment Manager   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at our Chantilly, VA campus.

At Alpha, you won't simply discuss transforming lives through education—you'll actively deliver it. This position stands at the intersection of growth and operational stewardship: the individual who persuades families to enroll at our school and guarantees that once enrolled, their children experience a secure, efficiently managed environment.

Unlike typical school roles, this position merges admissions accountability with direct campus management. You'll serve as the trusted voice families rely on throughout their enrollment decision, while also acting as the consistent presence that maintains daily safety and facility operations so educators can concentrate on producing outstanding academic results.

Alpha is a rapidly expanding school where ambition aligns with discipline. Families choose us because they trust our three core commitments—and they remain because every aspect of their experience, from the initial campus visit to morning arrival procedures, strengthens that trust. If the prospect of advancing both institutional growth and operational excellence in a high-stakes, purpose-driven setting excites you, you'll find your place here.

What you will be doing

  • Leading customized campus visits that persuade families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments.
  • Cultivating prospective families throughout the enrollment pipeline with timely, considerate, and tenacious outreach.
  • Maintaining daily adherence to all child protection protocols and proactively identifying potential hazards.
  • Overseeing facilities with a preventive mindset, liaising with contractors, and guaranteeing cost-efficient, timely maintenance.
  • Monitoring metrics across enrollment and operations to optimize strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing students or designing curriculum—your priority is operational mastery, not pedagogy.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to initiate action—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Conducting standardized, rehearsed tours or sending formulaic correspondence.
  • Working in isolation—cross-functional collaboration with staff, families, and service providers is essential.

Key responsibilities

Drive higher student enrollment numbers while upholding a secure, regulation-compliant, and seamlessly functioning campus that enables guides to concentrate exclusively on achieving educational results.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proven background in enrollment management, admissions, or a family-facing role involving students or parents.
  • Superior written and oral communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly.
  • Proficiency with data monitoring and evaluation.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
  • Availability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
