We're positioned to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a foundational interaction: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-grade service designed for HNW/UHNW families—not a transactional funnel or scripted process. You'll guide the complete admissions lifecycle for your families from initial contact through transition, providing executive-level service throughout. You'll screen inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-driven tools to handle administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, calendar coordination, and touchpoints—maintaining a concierge-level standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Deploying AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, automate outreach sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures—this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucratic processes—you won't be constrained by inter-departmental clearances or dependent on others to drive progress.
  • Outsourcing relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a concierge-level, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion metrics (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Documented success handling high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from inquiry through closure.
  • Confirmed ease with AI platforms, automation workflows, and task prioritization systems.
  • Established capability to execute details impeccably—encompassing documentation, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment on internal confidentiality.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization requiring no visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
