Admissions Relationship Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

This role is not about pushing enrollment. It's about building trust with families navigating a life-defining educational decision.

Alpha students complete their core academics in only two hours per day through AI-powered learning systems, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing essential real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each one begins with a single pivotal moment: the admissions conversation. You will be the architect of that moment.

This represents a premium, personalized experience designed specifically for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by checklists or scripted dialogue. You will oversee the complete admissions experience for your families from initial contact through final transition, providing concierge-quality service throughout. Your work will include qualifying inquiries, supporting families as they make their decision, and deploying AI-powered tools to handle administrative tasks so your energy stays focused on what truly drives outcomes: relationships, conversions, and credibility.

If you want a position that blends high-stakes relationship management with rapid execution — and where artificial intelligence is a foundational principle, not marketing language — submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the entire admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, scheduling, and ongoing follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate communications, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discretion, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependency on others for forward movement.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable, trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family trust and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic development, executive search).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and task workflow optimization.
  • Established ability to manage granular details with precision — including record-keeping, follow-up protocols, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend schedules in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrable commitment to education innovation.
