Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr

This role isn't about selling a school—it's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they'll ever make.

Alpha's model enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, freeing time to develop real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. As we accelerate toward 25 new campus openings by the close of 2025, each begins with a single, critical interaction—the admissions experience. You will be that first point of contact.

This is a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—far removed from transactional pipelines or scripted outreach. You will shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through to enrollment handoff, delivering concierge-caliber service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying prospects, guiding decision-makers through complex choices, and leveraging AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

You will be the catalyst that transforms a hesitant parent into a passionate advocate, and the individual a family remembers when their child flourishes. If you seek a position where premium service converges with rapid execution, and where AI is a foundational operating principle rather than marketing language, we invite your application.

What you will be doing

  • Guiding the entire admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from affluent parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the single point of accountability for parent communications, scheduling coordination, and timely follow-through—maintaining a white-glove standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI solutions and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, automate routine outreach, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible playbooks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks—you will not be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others to execute.
  • Coordinating campus tours, open houses, or admissions events—your value is delivered through one-on-one dialogue, not event management.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven role with documented conversion metrics (examples: admissions consulting, luxury goods sales, philanthropic development, executive search).
  • Proven capacity to navigate complex or emotionally charged discussions with poise and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from prospect to close.
  • Demonstrated ease with AI-enabled tools, process automation, and intelligent task prioritization.
  • Established ability to execute flawlessly on operational detail—encompassing documentation accuracy, follow-up cadence, CRM integrity, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in luxury retail, private wealth services, wealth advisory, or major gift fundraising—settings where confidentiality and refinement are essential.
  • Established connections or access within high-net-worth family networks.
  • Prior exposure to Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 independent schools or education technology.
