This role is not about selling a product. It's about building trust with families navigating a critical, life-shaping choice.

Alpha students complete core academic learning in just two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical skills — entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. Our goal is to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions conversation. You will be that touchpoint.

This is a refined, highly personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by paperwork or templated scripts. You will take full ownership of the admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial inquiry to final transition, ensuring concierge-quality service throughout. Your focus will include lead qualification, guiding decision-making, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative drag so you can prioritize what truly drives outcomes: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Qualifying incoming inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience at every stage, regardless of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discretion, refinement, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be hampered by interdepartmental clearances or reliance on others for forward progress.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-engagement role with documented conversion metrics (examples include admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic outreach, or executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Established fluency with AI applications, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
  • Confirmed capacity to execute flawless detail management — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with current work authorization (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
