Admissions Coordinator   $75,000 USD/year

Description

CAMPUS LOCATION: This hands-on position is based at our Chantilly, VA facility.

Join Alpha, where educational transformation isn't just a mission statement—it's your daily reality. As our Admissions Coordinator, you'll serve as both the welcoming face that draws families into our community and the operational backbone that ensures their children thrive in a secure, expertly managed learning environment.

This unique position blends enrollment strategy with campus stewardship. You'll be the trusted advisor families rely on when making their educational choice, while simultaneously being the detail-oriented professional who maintains the operational excellence that allows our educators to focus entirely on student achievement.

Alpha represents education with purpose and precision. Families choose us for our unwavering commitments, and they remain because every interaction—from initial inquiry to daily operations—demonstrates our dedication to excellence. If you're energized by the opportunity to drive both institutional growth and operational mastery in a meaningful, results-focused setting, you've found your calling.

What you will be doing

  • Leading compelling campus experiences that demonstrate Alpha's distinctive educational philosophy to prospective families.
  • Cultivating relationships with potential families through strategic, personalized outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Maintaining rigorous safety standards and compliance measures while proactively identifying and mitigating campus risks.
  • Overseeing facility maintenance through strategic vendor relationships and cost-conscious repair management.
  • Analyzing enrollment and operational metrics to continuously improve processes and demonstrate impact.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Classroom instruction or curriculum design—your expertise lies in operational mastery, not academic delivery.
  • Following bureaucratic procedures or waiting for direction—this position demands proactive leadership.
  • Conducting standardized presentations or sending templated communications.
  • Working in isolation—success requires seamless collaboration with faculty, families, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Drive enrollment growth while establishing and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficiently operated campus that empowers educators to concentrate exclusively on delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven track record in enrollment management, admissions, or family-focused service roles.
  • Superior communication abilities in both written and spoken formats.
  • High emotional intelligence with natural relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated professional with exceptional initiative and independence.
  • Commitment to full-time, on-site presence in Chantilly, VA.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
