Admissions and Enrollment Manager   $75,000 USD/year

Description

CAMPUS LOCATION: This hands-on position is based at our Chantilly, VA location.

Ready to be the bridge between ambitious families and transformative education? At Alpha, you'll do more than process applications—you'll be the catalyst that turns interest into enrollment and potential into reality.

This isn't your typical admissions role. You'll wear two hats: the trusted advisor who helps families envision their child's future at Alpha, and the operational backbone ensuring our campus runs like clockwork. From that first phone call to daily safety protocols, you'll touch every aspect of the family experience.

Alpha is where educational vision meets operational excellence. We're scaling rapidly because families don't just choose us—they believe in us. And that belief starts with you. If you're energized by the prospect of driving enrollment growth while maintaining the operational standards that make exceptional learning possible, you've found your calling.

What you will be doing

  • Creating compelling, customized campus experiences that demonstrate Alpha's distinctive educational philosophy to prospective families.
  • Building meaningful relationships with families throughout their admissions journey using strategic, personalized outreach.
  • Maintaining rigorous safety standards and compliance protocols while proactively identifying and mitigating campus risks.
  • Overseeing facility maintenance through strategic vendor relationships and cost-conscious repair management.
  • Analyzing enrollment and operational metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructional design or classroom teaching—your expertise lies in operations and enrollment, not curriculum.
  • Following bureaucratic red tape or waiting for permission—this position demands decisive, proactive leadership.
  • Using one-size-fits-all approaches or automated responses with families.
  • Working in isolation—success requires seamless collaboration with educators, families, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Drive sustainable enrollment growth while creating and maintaining the operational infrastructure that enables our educational team to focus exclusively on student achievement and learning excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven track record in admissions, enrollment management, or family-focused customer service roles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken formats.
  • High emotional intelligence with natural relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to on-site work at our Chantilly, VA campus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
