In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You hold responsibility for community engagement, campus security, facility and logistical coordination, and everyday technology management. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety protocol, troubleshooting a technology problem, facilitating new employee orientation, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintenance—you are establishing institutional credibility.
