In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your scope includes community correspondence, campus security, facility and logistical management, and daily technology oversight. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology problem, integrating a new team member, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work extends beyond maintenance—you are building institutional trust.
