Senior Admissions Counselor   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr

Your role is not to pitch a program. Your role is to build the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will make.

Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-enabled platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing real-world competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are positioned to open 25 campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with one critical moment: the admissions conversation. You will own that moment.

This position delivers a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional process or call center routine. You will shepherd your assigned families through the entire admissions cycle, from initial contact to final transition, providing concierge-caliber attention throughout. You will assess incoming interest, support decision-making, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can prioritize what truly drives outcomes: rapport, conversion, and credibility.

If you are ready for a position where precision service meets accelerated growth—and where AI functions as infrastructure, not decoration—submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, care, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound interest from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-supported analysis.
  • Serving as the single point of accountability for all parent interaction, scheduling coordination, and ongoing communication—ensuring a seamless, elevated experience at every stage.
  • Applying AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate touchpoints, and minimize repetitive effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following templates or inflexible playbooks—this role demands discretion, presence, and interpersonal sophistication.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delay—you will not be constrained by approval chains or dependent on other teams to act.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the continuous, trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that establishes family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-focused capacity with documented conversion performance (examples include admissions, high-end sales, donor relations, or executive search).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with composure and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Established competence using AI tools, automation workflows, and priority-driven task management.
  • Consistent excellence in managing operational precision—including record-keeping, follow-through, CRM discipline, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours based on family availability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to reimagining education systems.
