Senior Admissions Counselor   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Your role isn't to pitch a program. It's to earn the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential choices they'll ever make.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to building practical competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are targeting 25 new campus openings by year-end 2025, and each one begins with a critical first step: the admissions process. This is where your work matters most.

This role demands a premium, personalized approach designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not transactional workflows or templated outreach. You will shepherd the entire admissions experience for your portfolio of families, from initial inquiry through to transition, providing executive-level service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying prospective families, supporting their decision-making process, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives results: trust-building, relationship stewardship, and enrollment conversion.

If you thrive in environments where sophisticated client service intersects with rapid organizational growth—and where AI is embedded into operations, not just discussed—submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned family cohort with professionalism, compassion, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating incoming inquiries from affluent and ultra-affluent parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through—ensuring a concierge-caliber experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-powered platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate outreach sequences, and minimize manual effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible playbooks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic roadblocks—you will not be hampered by layers of approval or dependent on others to advance your work.
  • Outsourcing relationship ownership—you remain the accountable point of contact from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a concierge-grade, high-conversion admissions process that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's multi-campus national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-engagement role with documented conversion metrics (such as admissions counseling, premium sales, donor relations, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Demonstrated capability in managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with poise and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience orchestrating multi-phase client journeys from prospect to enrollment.
  • Established confidence using AI-driven tools, process automation, and priority-based workflow design.
  • Verified ability to execute details impeccably—encompassing record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to Alpha's educational model or a demonstrated commitment to reimagining K–12 education.
