This role is not about selling an institution. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will face.

Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, dedicating the remainder of their time to practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by year-end 2025, and each begins with a foundational interaction: the admissions process. That's your domain.

This is a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional pipeline or scripted outreach. You will oversee the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial engagement through transition, providing concierge-level service throughout. You will evaluate inquiries, support families through their decision process, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, scheduling, and follow-through — maintaining a white-glove standard regardless of final decision.
  • Utilizing AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, automate outreach, and minimize manual workload.

  • Following scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, refinement, and emotional acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or reliant on others to move forward.
  • Outsourcing relationship ownership — you are the designated point of trust from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to closure.
  • Confirmed competency with AI tools, automation, and task sequencing.
  • Established capability to execute details without error — including documentation, follow-ups, CRM maintenance, and instinctive judgment about what remains confidential.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
