Alpha enables students to complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, freeing time to develop real-world competencies including entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We're targeting 25 new campus launches by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single, pivotal interaction: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This role delivers a premium, concierge-style experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or scripted playbook. You'll shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial contact through final handoff, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families through their evaluation, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what truly drives outcomes: connection, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for designated families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the dedicated contact for all parent correspondence, coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of decision.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline workflows, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on templates or inflexible procedures — this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal insight.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucracy — you won't be stalled by multi-level sign-offs or dependent on others for progress.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing position with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI technologies, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute details impeccably — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM accuracy.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
