Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We're scaling to 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each campus begins with a foundational element: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This role delivers a premium, consultative experience designed for HNW/UHNW families—not transactional workflows or formulaic scripts. You'll shepherd the complete admissions process for your portfolio of families from initial contact through final transition, providing concierge-caliber service throughout. You'll screen incoming inquiries, support families through their evaluation process, and deploy AI capabilities to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, enrollment, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating incoming leads from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the dedicated contact for all parent correspondence, coordination, and follow-through—providing a white-glove experience irrespective of final decision.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate outreach, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucracy—you won't be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you are the continuous trusted advisor, from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Established comfort with AI technologies, automation frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Confirmed ability to execute details impeccably—including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends consistent with family availability.
