This role is not about promoting an institution. It is about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, dedicating remaining time to developing real-world competencies including entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses planned by the close of 2025, each begins with a critical touchpoint: the admissions process. You will be that touchpoint.

You will deliver a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — this is not transactional enrollment or call-center scripting. You will assume full ownership of the admissions cycle for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. Your work includes lead qualification, decision support, and leveraging AI systems to eliminate administrative overhead so you can concentrate on relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the dedicated liaison for all parent interaction, coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a seamless, premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive activity.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or standardized playbooks — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be slowed by inter-departmental clearances or dependent on others for execution.
  • Outsourcing relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI solutions, automation frameworks, and priority-based workflow management.
  • Established ability to execute with precision — covering documentation, follow-up cadences, and CRM integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
