This role is not about selling a school. It is about earning the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will make.

At Alpha, students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single interaction: the admissions experience. You will own that experience.

This is a premium, personalized service designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process or scripted outreach. You will manage the complete admissions pathway for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-grade attention throughout. You will assess inquiries, support families as they deliberate, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions pathway for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent engagement, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Applying AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, automate outreach, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucracy — you will not be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted adviser from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family trust and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and experience stewarding multi-stage processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation workflows, and task prioritization.
  • Established ability to execute flawlessly on details — including documentation accuracy, follow-up cadence, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family availability.
