Your role is not to pitch a product. It's to build trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will ever make.

Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to building real-world capabilities: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each campus begins with a single, pivotal interaction—the admissions process. You will be that interaction.

This is a bespoke, premium experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional workflow or a scripted sequence. You will shepherd the entire admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial contact through to transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. Your responsibilities include vetting inquiries, supporting families as they deliberate, and deploying AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on the essentials: connection, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-enhanced insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and follow-through—ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, streamline follow-ups, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or formulaic procedures—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucracy—you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others for forward momentum.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience overseeing multi-phase engagement from inquiry through enrollment.
  • Established ease with AI applications, automation strategies, and task prioritization systems.
  • Verified capability to handle details impeccably—including record-keeping, follow-up cadences, and CRM integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization and no requirement for visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
