We are positioned to open 25 additional campuses before 2025 ends, and each begins with a single point of contact: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a high-touch, personalized engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or call-center routine. You'll shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial outreach through final transition, providing concierge-caliber service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative drag so you can concentrate on what drives results: connection, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the entire admissions process for your portfolio of families with professionalism, compassion, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-through — ensuring a seamless, high-caliber experience at every stage.
  • Using AI-driven systems and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible playbooks — this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won't be mired in cross-functional sign-offs or dependent on others to move things forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds lasting family confidence and supports Alpha's coast-to-coast growth.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-touch journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Established fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and systematic workflow management.
  • Consistent ability to execute flawlessly on detail-oriented tasks — including record-keeping, follow-up cadences, and CRM maintenance.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
