Senior Admissions Specialist   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr

You're not here to run a sales process. You're building trust with families who are weighing one of the most significant decisions they'll ever make.

At Alpha, core academics are completed in just two hours daily via AI-powered platforms, freeing students to develop practical, real-world skills—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. With 25 new campuses set to open by the close of 2025, every location begins with a conversation: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a premium, personalized engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a volume-driven funnel or scripted outreach. You'll shepherd the entire admissions process for your families from initial inquiry through to transition, providing concierge-caliber support throughout. You'll screen prospects, support families as they navigate their choices, and deploy AI tools to handle administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what truly drives success: connection, conversion, and credibility.

If you're seeking a position where sophisticated service intersects with rapid growth—and where AI is a working principle, not just a talking point—apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent outreach, scheduling, and follow-through—ensuring a white-glove standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, streamline follow-ups, and minimize manual overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on scripts or fixed procedures—this position demands discretion, sophistication, and emotional acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks—you won't be mired in cross-functional sign-offs or waiting on others to move things forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the trusted contact throughout the entire journey.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven history of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-stage processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Established ease with AI tools, automation, and task prioritization.
  • Confirmed ability to execute details impeccably—encompassing documentation, follow-ups, CRM discipline, and intuitive judgment about what remains confidential.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with work authorization requiring no visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in line with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to education innovation.
