Description

  • Remote · W2 (US) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually

Your role is not to pitch a school. It's to build trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, dedicating the remainder of their time to developing critical real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are targeting the opening of 25 new campuses by year-end 2025, and each begins with a single point of contact — the admissions process. That's your domain.

This is a curated, premium engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a volume-based funnel or templated outreach. You will steward the entire admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through enrollment handoff, ensuring concierge-caliber service throughout. Your responsibilities include vetting prospects, supporting decision-making processes, and deploying AI systems to streamline operational tasks — allowing you to concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

You will be the catalyst that transforms a hesitant parent into a committed champion and the professional a family remembers when their child succeeds. If you want a position where premium service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI is foundational rather than aspirational, submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, sensitivity, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and eliminate redundant manual effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible procedures — success in this role depends on discretion, composure, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic roadblocks — you will not be constrained by multi-layer approvals or delays from other departments.
  • Coordinating campus tours, admission events, or open houses — your value is delivered through personal dialogue, not event management.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven role with documented conversion performance (e.g., school admissions, premium sales, philanthropic engagement, executive talent acquisition).
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience shepherding multi-phase processes from prospect to enrollment.
  • Established competency with AI technologies, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing critical details — including record-keeping, timely follow-through, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment regarding confidential information.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with legal work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours to align with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury retail, private wealth services, banking, or development/fundraising — sectors where confidentiality and refinement are essential.
  • Established connections or presence within high-net-worth family networks.
  • Prior knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or professional background in K-12 independent schools or educational technology.
