This role is not about pitching a school. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will ever make.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours per day through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to mastering practical skills such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses planned for launch by the close of 2025, each location begins with a single critical interaction: the admissions experience. This is where your role becomes essential.

You will deliver a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not transactional processes or formulaic outreach. From initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, you will steward the complete admissions journey for each family, providing concierge-quality service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, supporting families as they make their decision, and deploying AI-driven tools to handle administrative tasks so your focus remains on relationship building, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of final decision.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, streamline follow-ups, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and relational awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Provide a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion results (such as admissions, high-end sales, donor relations, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience shepherding multi-phase journeys from inquiry through completion.
  • Established comfort with AI technologies, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Confirmed capability to execute details with precision — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
