With 25 new campuses planned by the close of 2025, our expansion hinges on a single critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. You will be that touchpoint.

This is a high-touch, personalized service designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a checklist or call script. You'll shepherd each family through the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, providing concierge-caliber attention at every turn. You'll screen incoming inquiries, support families as they deliberate, and deploy AI-driven automation to eliminate administrative drag — allowing you to concentrate on relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Screening inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communications, appointment coordination, and all follow-through — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, trigger automated follow-ups, and minimize repetitive administrative effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from rigid scripts or fixed playbooks — success here demands discernment, professionalism, and relational acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you won't be constrained by layers of approval or dependent on others to move things forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the family's anchor from first contact through to transition.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic development, executive recruitment).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience shepherding multi-phase journeys from inquiry through close.
  • Established proficiency with AI tools, automation frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Consistent track record of flawless detail management — including documentation accuracy, follow-up discipline, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
