Senior Admissions Specialist   $100,000 USD/year

Description

This role is not about selling. It's about building trust with families as they navigate one of their most critical decisions.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to practical skills like entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses planned for launch by the close of 2025, each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

You'll deliver a premium, concierge-level experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not transactional paperwork or formulaic phone calls. From initial inquiry to final handoff, you'll guide families through their entire admissions journey, providing personalized service at every interaction. You'll screen prospects, support decision-making, and leverage AI to eliminate administrative burden so you can prioritize relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

If you're ready for a position where elevated service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI is embedded as a core operational tool, not industry jargon — this is your opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the central contact for all parent correspondence, scheduling, and follow-through — ensuring a concierge-level experience no matter the result.
  • Applying AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate outreach, and minimize manual effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible processes — this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal sophistication.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won't be slowed by interdepartmental sign-offs or waiting for others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with measurable conversion outcomes (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Track record of navigating high-stakes or emotionally sensitive conversations with polish and empathy.
  • CRM fluency (ideally HubSpot) and experience managing multi-step journeys from lead to close.
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, automation, and workflow prioritization.
  • Proven ability to manage details flawlessly — including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
  • Based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends aligned to family schedules.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Alpha's model or demonstrated passion for education reform.
