This isn't a transactional process or a script-driven call center. It's a premium, concierge-style experience designed for HNW and UHNW families. You'll shepherd the complete admissions experience for your assigned families—from initial contact through transition—ensuring a white-glove standard at each touchpoint. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they deliberate, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative drag so you can prioritize what truly matters: building relationships, driving enrollment, and earning trust.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through—providing a premium experience regardless of enrollment decision.
  • Using AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive administrative duties.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible processes—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be mired in interdepartmental sign-offs or waiting for others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable point of contact from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., school admissions, luxury goods sales, major gifts fundraising, executive search).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Confirmed experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Established ability to execute flawlessly on detail-oriented tasks—including record-keeping, timely follow-up, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate family availability.
