Your role is not to pitch an institution. You'll be building trust with families navigating one of the highest-stakes choices they will ever make.

Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, dedicating remaining time to developing critical real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 additional campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a foundational moment: the admissions process. This is your domain.

You'll deliver a premium, concierge-style experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional funnel or standardized call flow. You will shepherd the complete admissions journey for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, providing exceptional service throughout. Your focus will include lead qualification, guiding families through complex decision-making, and deploying AI-powered tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly drives results: building relationships, securing enrollment, and establishing trust.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the exclusive liaison for all parent engagement, coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize manual processes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible playbooks — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others for forward momentum.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the dedicated contact throughout the entire journey.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-focused capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Established familiarity with AI technologies, automation workflows, and task prioritization strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute details with precision — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-ups, and CRM integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in line with family availability.
