This role is not about selling a school—it's about building trust with families navigating one of the most critical decisions they will ever make.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the rest of their day to real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are preparing to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions conversation. You will lead that conversation.

This is a high-touch, personalized engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional funnel or call-center script. You will be accountable for the complete admissions experience, from initial inquiry through enrollment handoff, providing concierge-level service throughout. You will assess prospect fit, shepherd families through their decision process, and deploy AI-powered tools to handle administrative overhead—so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent outreach, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up—ensuring a premium experience at every interaction.
  • Utilizing AI-driven tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, trigger automated workflows, and eliminate repetitive labor.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible playbooks—this position demands independent judgment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Wading through bureaucratic delays—you won't be stuck awaiting approvals or dependent on other departments to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the trusted advisor from first contact through final transition.

Key responsibilities

Execute a high-touch, conversion-focused admissions process that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with documented success driving conversions (examples include admissions, luxury retail, major gifts, executive search).
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-stage prospect journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Comfort working with AI tools, automation workflows, and prioritization systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—including accurate record-keeping, timely follow-through, CRM discipline, and sound judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with existing work authorization; no sponsorship available.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate family availability.
