Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing practical skills — entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are scaling to 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each one begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. That's your arena.

This is premium, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or call-center script. You'll shepherd the entire admissions process for your assigned families from initial contact through final handoff, providing personalized, high-touch service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they make their decision, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly drives success: relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the single point of accountability for all parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a concierge-grade experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-driven platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate outreach sequences, and minimize manual overhead.

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible playbooks — this position demands discernment, poise, and interpersonal sophistication.
  • Drowning in bureaucracy — you won't be tangled in multi-tier approvals or dependent on others to move things forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you are the consistent, trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that builds lasting family trust and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and managing multi-phase pipelines from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Established comfort using AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization methods.
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing critical details — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours based on family availability.
