This role is not about selling a school. It is about earning the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

At Alpha, core academics are completed in two hours per day through AI-powered platforms, freeing students to develop critical real-world competencies including entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a single point of contact: the admissions process. That is your domain.

This is a premium, personalized enrollment experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process or scripted outreach. You will guide the complete admissions cycle for your assigned families from initial inquiry to transition, providing concierge-quality service throughout. You will screen incoming interest, support families through their evaluation, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Screening inbound interest from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communication, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a seamless, elevated experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to prioritize workflow, streamline follow-ups, and minimize repetitive tasks.

  • Depending on scripts or inflexible processes — this position demands discernment, poise, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be slowed by layers of approval or reliance on other departments to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the consistent, trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing multi-stage pipelines from inquiry through completion.
  • Confirmed experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Established ability to execute with flawless attention to detail — including documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment around confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate family schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
