With 25 new campuses scheduled to open by the close of 2025, each expansion begins with a foundational touchpoint: the admissions process. Your work anchors that process.

You'll deliver a premium, concierge-style experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — far removed from transactional call scripts or administrative busywork. Ownership of the complete admissions journey from initial inquiry to enrollment handoff is yours, with every interaction reflecting exceptional service standards. You'll assess incoming interest, shepherd families through complex decision frameworks, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate low-value tasks so your attention remains on what drives outcomes: trust-building, relationship stewardship, and enrollment conversion.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience regardless of enrollment decision.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or standardized playbooks — success here demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you won't be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others to execute.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from introduction through enrollment.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national campus growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-engagement capacity with quantifiable conversion metrics (examples include admissions consulting, luxury retail, philanthropic development, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Established history of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience orchestrating multi-phase engagement cycles from prospect to close.
  • Documented ease with AI applications, process automation, and strategic workflow management.
  • Consistent ability to execute detail-oriented work flawlessly — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, and CRM data integrity.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
