What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance metrics to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading standards
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral data
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without sponsorship requirements
- Prepared to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
