You will create and lead workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in early elementary grades.

What you will be doing
- Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics mastery, comprehension development, and fluency growth
- Creating customized motivational sessions that incorporate gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to adjust instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to test and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional content to help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading standards
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent program)
- 2+ years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
- Proven ability to assess reading levels, form instructional groups, and create differentiated lessons independent of packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning technologies and interpreting student engagement and behavior data
- Authorized to work in Puerto Rico without employer sponsorship
- Available to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
