Do you believe every student should achieve grade-level reading proficiency (or higher), yet find yourself frustrated by ineffective systems that squander their promise?

Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive technology with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading progress. Your objective: create and implement workshops that yield quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for primary-grade learners.

This role centers on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands of learners—not administrative busywork.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
  • Creating personalized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
  • Reviewing student performance metrics to optimize teaching methods and extract practical insights
  • Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
  • Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that empower early elementary learners to reach grade-level mastery

What you will NOT be doing

  • Standing at a whiteboard delivering lectures — students advance through self-directed AI applications, not traditional instruction
  • Adhering to standardized curricula or scripted lessons — you create custom workshops independently
  • Instructing in other subject areas — your domain is reading workshops and motivational support, not mathematics or science
  • Managing behavior or supervision duties — each session targets specific learning goals with trackable results
  • Operating independently — you work closely with engineers developing the AI systems your students interact with every day

Key responsibilities

Guarantee that every K-2 learner in your group achieves at-or-above grade-level reading through AI-enhanced workshops that transform phonics instruction into an engaging, quantifiable, and enjoyable experience

  • 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
