Looking to demonstrate impact through action rather than presentation?

2 Hour Learning achieves double-speed student progress using a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you will implement this model at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ: guiding students directly while training teaching teams to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No abstract workshops. You will model best practices in real time, with live student groups, as staff members watch and internalize the methods.

This opportunity suits professionals within commuting range or those seeking a defined, high-stakes project with tangible outcomes and a clear conclusion. If watching growth in both learners and educators energizes you, this six-month contract delivers concrete results across both populations.

Model mastery. Develop the staff. Submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Watching partner-campus educators and support staff in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and guiding them through focused one-on-one or small-group coaching
  • Working with students in intimate group settings or individually: tracking advancement through learning platforms, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling proven methods for observing staff
  • Facilitating life skills sessions that activate student participation and illustrate exemplary delivery for the teaching team
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and meet academic benchmarks
  • Conducting post-observation and post-workshop discussions with staff to solidify best practices and address emerging questions

Candidate requirements

  • Authorized to work legally in the United States with no requirement for visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ location through June 2026 (open to temporary relocation)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or comparable work with youth or adult populations

  • Hands-on experience with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development environments
