Have you ever wanted to demonstrate what works by doing it in real time?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn through a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you'll implement this model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: working directly with students while training the teaching team to execute the program faithfully. No abstract lesson planning. No slide presentations. You'll model excellence in live classroom settings while staff watch, learn, and build capability.

This position suits candidates within commuting range or those seeking a high-impact, time-bound project with concrete outcomes and a scheduled conclusion. If you excel at driving transformation in both young learners and adult professionals, this six-month engagement offers measurable progress on both dimensions.

Model the standard. Build the team. Submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Observing teachers and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
  • Working directly with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress within learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective practices for staff observation
  • Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and exemplify high-quality instruction for the teaching team
  • Analyzing student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and maintain progress toward academic benchmarks
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address inquiries

Candidate requirements

  • Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)

  • Hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts
