What if you could demonstrate impact rather than just describe it?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by using a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you will implement this model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: working directly with students while training teaching staff to execute the program with precision. No isolated planning sessions. No theoretical lectures. You will model best practices live, in front of students, while staff members observe and absorb the approach.

This position suits professionals within commuting range or those seeking a high-impact short-term engagement with concrete objectives and a defined conclusion. If you excel at driving transformation in both young learners and adult educators, this six-month project enables you to generate tangible results on both levels.

Demonstrate mastery. Build capacity. Submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Observing teachers and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
  • Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking progress in learning applications, fostering goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader team
  • Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and illustrate exemplary delivery to staff members
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic goals are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to consolidate best practices and address questions

Candidate requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
