Have you wanted to demonstrate what becomes achievable when you model, rather than lecture?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by using a fundamentally different approach. You will invest six months implementing this model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students while concurrently training teaching staff to execute the program with precision. No isolated planning sessions. No theoretical slideshows. You will model excellence in real time, with students, as staff watch and absorb the approach.

This position suits candidates within commuting range or individuals seeking a high-impact short-term project with defined outcomes and a clear end date. If you excel at catalyzing growth in both young learners and adults, this six-month engagement allows you to produce tangible results on both levels.

Model excellence. Develop the team. Apply today.

What you will be doing

  • Watching partner-school teachers and support staff, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning practices, and guiding them through structured one-on-one or small-group coaching sessions
  • Coaching students individually or in small groups: tracking their progress in learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and showing effective methods to the broader staff
  • Facilitating life skills workshops that activate student engagement and illustrate to staff what strong facilitation entails
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm academic goals are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address their questions

Candidate requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Willing to work in-person at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults

  • Direct experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or youth development settings
