Have you ever wanted to demonstrate what becomes possible when you lead by example rather than instruction alone?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by using a fundamentally different approach. Your six-month assignment will focus on making this model operational at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students directly while concurrently preparing the teaching team to implement the program with precision. There will be no isolated lesson planning. No abstract theory sessions. You will model best practices in real time, with students, as staff members watch and absorb the methodology.

This opportunity suits professionals within commuting range or those seeking a high-impact temporary engagement with well-defined objectives and a clear end date. If you are energized by witnessing growth in both young learners and educators, this six-month project allows you to create visible results across both groups.

Model excellence. Develop the staff. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Observing teachers and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
  • Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress within learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and exemplifying effective methods for the broader staff
  • Facilitating life skills workshops that captivate students and illustrate to staff what high-quality delivery entails
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm that academic objectives are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions
