Want to demonstrate what real impact looks like by doing, not talking?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn using a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you'll bring this model to life at our Spotswood, NJ partner school: coaching students while simultaneously training teaching staff to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No slide decks. You'll model best practices live with students while staff watch and internalize.

This position suits professionals within commuting range or those seeking a high-impact short-term engagement with concrete deliverables and a set completion date. If you excel at driving transformation in both young learners and educators, this six-month project lets you create measurable results on both levels.

Model excellence. Develop the team. Apply today.

  • Facilitating life skills workshops that engage students while demonstrating to staff what high-quality facilitation entails
  • Analyzing student data to refine coaching strategies and ensure academic objectives are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to strengthen best practices and address questions
