Have you ever wanted to demonstrate impact by modeling excellence in real time?

2 Hour Learning accelerates student achievement by doubling learning velocity through an unconventional approach. You will invest six months implementing this model at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students while concurrently preparing teaching staff to execute the program with precision. This is not about isolated planning or delivering theoretical content. You will exemplify best practices live with students as staff members observe and absorb the methodology.

This opportunity suits candidates within commuting range or professionals seeking a meaningful short-term engagement with concrete outcomes and a specified conclusion. If you excel at catalyzing growth in both young learners and educators, this six-month placement enables you to generate tangible results across both populations.

  • Facilitating life skills sessions that activate student engagement and illustrate exemplary delivery to the teaching team
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship methods and confirm academic objectives are achieved
  • Conducting post-observation and post-workshop discussions with staff to solidify best practices and address inquiries
