What you will be doing
- Watching partner-school teachers and aides in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
- Guiding students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress in learning applications, developing goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective methods for the broader staff
- Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and demonstrate to staff what high-quality facilitation entails
- Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm that academic objectives are achieved
- Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to strengthen best practices and address their questions
Candidate requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willing to work in-person at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults
- At least 1 year training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with demonstrated modeling and feedback skills
- Direct experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or youth development settings
