Have you ever wanted to demonstrate what becomes possible when you model rather than lecture?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by using a fundamentally different approach. You will invest six months implementing this model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: guiding students while concurrently training teaching staff to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No theoretical presentations. You will demonstrate best practices live, working with students, as staff members watch and absorb the methodology.

This position suits individuals within commuting range or those seeking a high-impact temporary engagement with well-defined deliverables and a clear conclusion date. If you excel at driving transformation in both young learners and adult professionals, this six-month placement enables you to create measurable change across both groups.

Model excellence. Develop the team. Submit your application today.

  • Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and demonstrate to staff what high-quality facilitation entails
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm that academic objectives are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to strengthen best practices and address their questions
