Have you ever wanted to demonstrate what works by doing, not just explaining?

2 Hour Learning achieves double the pace of student learning through a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you'll implement this model at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ: working directly with students while training teaching staff to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No theoretical workshops. You'll model excellence in real time, with students in the room, while staff watch and internalize the approach.

This position suits individuals within commuting range or those seeking a high-stakes temporary engagement with concrete deliverables and a set conclusion date. If you excel at driving transformation in both young learners and adult professionals, this six-month project enables you to create measurable outcomes on both levels.

Model mastery. Develop the team. Submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Watching partner-school educators and support staff in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning methods, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group formats
  • Working with students individually or in small groups: tracking their progress in learning applications, developing goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader team
  • Facilitating life skills sessions that actively involve students and exemplify strong facilitation for observing staff
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm academic objectives are achieved
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address their questions
