What if you could demonstrate impact instead of describing it?

2 Hour Learning doubles the rate at which students learn by deploying a fundamentally different approach. Over six months, you will implement this model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students while concurrently equipping teaching staff to execute the program with precision. You won't prepare materials behind closed doors or deliver theoretical workshops. Instead, you'll model best practices in real time with students as staff watch and absorb.

This position suits candidates within commuting range or those seeking a high-stakes temporary engagement with concrete outcomes and a set conclusion. If watching students and educators transform energizes you, this six-month placement enables you to drive measurable progress on both levels.

  • Facilitating life skills sessions that captivate students and illustrate exemplary delivery to staff members
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine coaching strategies and guarantee academic benchmarks are achieved
  • Conducting post-observation and post-workshop discussions with staff to strengthen best practices and address inquiries
