Want to demonstrate impact rather than just describe it?

2 Hour Learning doubles the pace at which students learn by using a fundamentally different approach. Over the next six months, you will implement this model at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students directly while concurrently preparing the school's instructional team to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning. No abstract workshops. You will model exemplary practice in real time, with students present, as staff observe and internalize the method.

This opportunity suits candidates within commuting range or those seeking a high-stakes, time-bound project with concrete outcomes and a fixed conclusion. If you are energized by driving change in both young learners and educators, this six-month engagement allows you to produce quantifiable results across both groups.

Demonstrate mastery. Develop the staff. Submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Watching partner-school instructors and support staff in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and guiding them through structured one-on-one or small-group coaching
  • Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling proven techniques for the broader team
  • Facilitating life skills sessions that captivate students and illustrate high-quality delivery for observing staff
  • Leveraging student performance data to refine mentoring strategies and confirm that learning objectives are achieved
  • Conducting post-observation and post-workshop debriefs with staff to solidify best practices and clarify questions

Candidate requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related area involving youth or adult populations
  • A minimum of 1 year spent training or coaching adults (educators, staff members, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
  • Hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts
