Your role will guide each family's experience from initial outreach through final enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and excellence. You will manage daily correspondence, organize impactful admissions experiences, and sustain precise applicant tracking that supports informed decision-making.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where attentiveness, structure, and accuracy have direct influence on family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role provides both remote flexibility and consistent in-person participation at admissions gatherings.
Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Take part in all admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, conducted on campus and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, documentation, and outreach with precision and currency
This position ensures that a frictionless, high-conversion admissions process produces robust enrollment outcomes and family confidence across Alpha's locations.
