In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's transparency, care, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize engaging admissions events, and keep precise applicant data that supports sound decision-making.

What you will be doing
Oversee and manage the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Shape admissions policy or render final enrollment decisions
- Fulfill a purely administrative role with no direct family contact
- Function within a slow-moving, overly bureaucratic structure
- Concentrate solely on relationship development without disciplined execution and follow-through
Key responsibilities
This position ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process produces robust enrollment and family satisfaction throughout Alpha's campuses.
Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills; you are highly reliable and detail-oriented
- High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person campus responsibilities
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in NYC; NY or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Prior involvement in admissions events or high-touch onboarding workflows
- Familiarity with rapidly evolving, technology-enabled settings
