You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions experiences, and keep applicant data accurate to support sound decision-making.

Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, providing timely, thoughtful, and professional responses to prospective families (both online and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether hosted on campus or virtually
This role ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process strengthens enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction at Alpha's campuses.
