In this position, you will guide every family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, ensuring each touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, orchestrate impactful admissions events, and uphold meticulous applicant data that supports sound enrollment choices.

What you will be doing

Manage and maintain the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)

Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous accuracy

Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on-campus and virtually

  • Shape overall admissions strategy or render final enrollment decisions
  • Function exclusively in administrative roles without direct family engagement
  • Work within a sluggish, overly procedural institutional setting
  • Prioritize relationship cultivation without disciplined execution and follow-through

Key responsibilities

This position ensures a frictionless, high-conversion admissions process that strengthens enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
  • 2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar fields
  • Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you deliver consistency and precision
  • Keen attention to detail and proven ability to manage accurate applicant records or CRM systems
  • Comfortable integrating remote workflows with on-campus duties
  • Capable of adapting swiftly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused organization
  • Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
