LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.

That demands campus operations that are disciplined, agile, and designed to scale. This role is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
In this position, you serve as the operational backbone of the campus. You handle parent and staff communication, manage safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics, and ensure reliable technology for students and staff. You intervene when systems fail, identify issues before they grow, and introduce calm order to fluid environments.
This is not a limited administrative position. It is a practical, high-visibility role for someone who excels with accountability, diversity of tasks, and execution. What you will be doing
- Serving as a key contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver prompt, clear, and professional communication
- Overseeing campus safety functions including entry management, health events, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Coordinating daily campus operations such as attendance systems, transportation logistics, facilities upkeep, and office functions
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new personnel to guarantee operational preparedness from the start
- Administering student devices and campus technology, functioning as the on-site Google Administrator and technical point of contact

- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
- Functioning in a strictly clerical or narrowly defined capacity
- Working in a static or entirely predictable setting
- Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than taking ownership of solutions

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (area of study not specified)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational positions
- Proficiency with fundamental technology tasks including device configuration, troubleshooting, and account management
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities with parents, staff, and external vendors
- Capacity to juggle competing priorities while preserving attention to detail
- Work authorization in the United States without need for visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Lake Forest, CA or Chicago, IL.
