LOCATION NOTE: This position is in-person and based at one of our physical campuses.

Alpha exists to improve on conventional education, not replicate it. We're building a better model for students and their families. We need someone capable of owning both the family enrollment experience and the day-to-day operations that ensure our campus functions effectively.
This role goes beyond traditional admissions work. You won't be confined to desk-based tasks or bogged down in repetitive administrative processes. Instead, you'll conduct impactful campus tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a customized, streamlined admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness so students and families feel assured the moment they arrive.
Alpha is a K–12 private school that rethinks childhood education. We combine adaptive technology with skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for real-world success, not just standardized testing. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our space.
