Campus Services Manager   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses.

If you are someone who excels at driving action rather than waiting for direction, this role is designed for you. This represents a compelling opportunity to become part of one of Alpha's most recently established campuses and leave a lasting impact from the very first day. Your involvement will extend beyond team membership—you will actively influence the culture, establish benchmarks, and advance as the campus expands.

Alpha is not focused on preserving existing systems. We are creating a superior experience for students and their families. We seek an individual capable of assuming complete responsibility for both the family enrollment experience and the operational functions that sustain campus excellence.

This role differs substantially from conventional admissions positions. You will not be confined to an office managing templated correspondence or overwhelmed by administrative monotony. Your responsibilities will include conducting impactful family tours, establishing credibility with prospective parents, and facilitating a smooth, individualized admissions process. Concurrently, you will maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to receive students and families with assurance.

Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining the learning experience for children. We combine adaptive applications with skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-oriented education that equips students for real-world success, not merely standardized assessments. In this capacity, you will embody that mission, bringing it to life for each family entering our campus.

If you are prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to work that matters, we invite your application.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
  • Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
  • Implementing strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
  • Supervising comprehensive facilities management, including preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and repair management.
  • Analyzing data on an ongoing basis to enhance processes and improve both operational performance and enrollment results.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Being limited to a narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
  • Operating under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
  • Managing bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
  • Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from direct engagement with students and families.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions experience while ensuring a safe, operationally sound campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
  • 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Experience working with children/students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
