Description
This role centers on advancing K-12 education through the deployment of an AI-driven MTSS framework designed to help students achieve curriculum mastery at twice the typical pace. You will play a key role in introducing a new Multi-Tiered System of Support to school districts across the country—one that produces exceptional learning results through intelligent technology.
We are an education startup in search of a seasoned MTSS professional who has led the implementation and oversight of district-wide intervention systems. Although you will be working with our AI-powered platform instead of conventional frameworks, your thorough knowledge of MTSS procedures and compliance standards will be vital in guiding districts through the transition to this superior method.
Our framework redefines district-level student support delivery by leveraging advanced AI that autonomously detects student needs, administers targeted interventions, and speeds up learning progression. Your implementation and educational expertise will be critical in supporting districts as they adopt this more effective model for student achievement.

- Concentrating on post-launch account management instead of ensuring successful adoption
- Spending excessive time on administrative tasks rather than producing tangible results
- Serving a single district instead of rolling out the framework across multiple school systems
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
