Description
This role centers on reshaping K-12 education by deploying an advanced AI-driven MTSS framework that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the typical pace. You will help introduce a reimagined Multi-Tiered System of Support to school districts across the country, delivering learning results that surpass traditional outcomes through intelligent automation.
We are an education startup looking for a seasoned MTSS professional who has led and executed district-wide intervention systems. Though you will work with our AI-powered platform instead of conventional frameworks, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS workflows and regulatory standards will be critical as you guide districts through this transition to a more impactful model.

What you will be doing
- Creating district-level implementation roadmaps that maximize adoption rates for our MTSS framework
- Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance metrics to confirm districts meet their objectives
What you will NOT be doing
- Building bespoke, one-time solutions instead of rolling out our validated, standardized framework
- Concentrating on ongoing account management activities instead of ensuring successful initial adoption
- Spending time on routine administrative tasks rather than delivering impactful results
- Supporting just one district when your scope includes implementation across several school systems
Key responsibilities
Drive student achievement gains by ensuring school districts successfully adopt our AI-powered MTSS framework and realize measurable improvements in learning outcomes.
Candidate requirements
- At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
