What you will be doing
- Creating district-level implementation strategies that maximize uptake of our MTSS platform
- Tracking rollout metrics and evaluating student outcome data to confirm districts meet their performance targets

- Building bespoke solutions for individual clients instead of deploying our validated, uniform framework
- Concentrating on ongoing account maintenance rather than ensuring successful initial adoption
- Spending excessive time on paperwork and administration instead of producing tangible results
- Serving one district exclusively rather than rolling out implementations across multiple educational systems
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership positions (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)

- Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
