Description

You are the individual families recall when choosing where to enroll their children. You influence how Alpha is perceived, communicated, and experienced—from initial inquiry through final enrollment. This position is designed for someone who understands that responsiveness, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they define the baseline.

In this position, you oversee the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will address family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data precise and current, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha aligns with their child's needs. This is not support work conducted from the sidelines. You are visible, meticulous, and responsible for the quality of every family's interaction with Alpha.

This is an on-campus, high-tempo role suited to someone who thrives when managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or personal connection. What you will be doing

  • Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
  • Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
  • Ensuring applicant records remain accurate and current across all admissions platforms and CRM systems
  • Conducting family meetings to describe Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture relevant feedback
  • Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to ensure each family progresses smoothly through the enrollment process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Rendering final decisions on admissions or enrollment
  • Participating in classroom instruction or daily academic support
  • Relying on aggressive sales methods or prescriptive scripts
  • Operating in a setting where expectations, standards, or priorities are ambiguous

Key responsibilities

Create and sustain a high-integrity, high-conversion admissions process that supports families from their first point of contact through to informed enrollment decisions.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
  • At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
  • Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
  • Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
  • Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
