If traditional school models feel limiting and you believe high expectations should never be compromised for comfort, this position offers a different path. You will coach students and adults toward ambitious goals using objective data and explicit standards—not conventional lectures or lesson planning.
Alpha School is developing an AI-driven educational framework in which students complete core academics in two hours daily, dedicating their afternoons to cultivating real-world competencies. Our commitment is both straightforward and rigorous: students enjoy school, progress at twice the speed of their peers, and develop essential life skills. This role ensures that commitment is delivered consistently to every K–8 student at our Dorado campus.
You will remain operationally engaged. You will facilitate one-hour life skills sessions, lead structured motivational activities that advance students through academic applications, and provide Guides with direct, actionable coaching. This is neither a conventional teaching position nor a removed management role. You will be held accountable for measurable results, adherence to operational playbooks, and unwavering performance standards.
If you are prepared to lead by example and establish a campus culture grounded in earned achievement, submit your application and demonstrate how you maintain rigorous standards without exception.
Ensure that every K–8 student at Alpha's Dorado campus reliably receives Alpha's 3 Promises: they love school, learn 2× faster, and build life skills.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
