What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating personalized engagement sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance metrics to optimize teaching methods and generate practical recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading standards
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement dynamics
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship requirements
- Ready to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
