You will lead the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and extending through onboarding. This is not a role with handoffs. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum headcount is not the objective. Mutual fit is the objective.
We welcome applicants from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed sophisticated client experiences from beginning to end. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Piedmont, Palm Beach, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Relocation assistance is provided.
