Where most organizations append AI to conventional education frameworks as an add-on, 2 Hour Learning has taken a fundamentally different path: we have reconstructed the school model entirely, leveraging AI and learning science to eliminate the limitations inherent in traditional classrooms. The results speak for themselves—our students routinely achieve multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, demonstrate multi-year academic gains within a single year, and exceed their own performance expectations. This position differs from conventional product management roles centered on customer feedback cycles or gradual feature rollouts. Instead, this is executive-level technical product ownership, where you will control the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration across our complete learning platform. Your mandate includes making difficult technical tradeoffs that keep our products lean, scalable, and unwaveringly centered on student outcome improvement. You will combine CTO-caliber thinking with product entrepreneurship, merging engineering rigor with learning science principles to deliver continuous innovation.
