Are you a technical product leader with deep architectural expertise who is ready to help transform education using AI? 2 Hour Learning seeks a technical architect to drive the evolution of our AI-powered learning platform. This role demands someone with the technical depth to function as a CTO, the strategic product vision to catalyze transformational outcomes, and the commitment to use those capabilities to unlock student achievement at scale.
Most organizations add AI to conventional education frameworks as a secondary feature. 2 Hour Learning has taken a fundamentally different approach: we have reconstructed the school model entirely, leveraging AI and learning science to remove the limitations inherent in traditional classrooms. Our students don't merely improve—they excel, earning multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, demonstrating multi-year academic gains within a single year, and routinely surpassing their own performance expectations. We have demonstrated that when AI serves as the foundational operating system for learning, student outcomes accelerate dramatically.
This is not a conventional product management position centered on feedback cycles or incremental feature iteration. This is an executive-level technical product ownership role where you will control the architecture, technical direction, and AI integration across our complete learning system. You will make the difficult technical tradeoffs necessary to keep our products lean, scalable, and relentlessly centered on student outcome improvement. You will think with the rigor of a CTO while operating with the agility of a product entrepreneur, merging engineering discipline with learning science to drive continuous innovation.
If you are prepared to lead the technical transformation of education and possess the executional discipline to realize that vision, we invite your application. This is your chance to shape the future of learning.
