Your contributions will directly impact sales conversion rates and forecast accuracy, with systems that adapt continuously as market conditions change.

You will join a team where your initiatives influence the broader business direction. Daily responsibilities include using AI to optimize existing sales workflows and communicating sophisticated AI capabilities to stakeholders without technical backgrounds. What you will be doing

  • AI-Enhanced Sales Execution: Implement GenAI technologies directly to support and elevate daily sales operations and activities.
  • Advanced Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis: Lead sophisticated analytics initiatives leveraging AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Champion the deployment of AI-powered tools that provide real-time support to sales teams during customer engagements and negotiation processes.

  • Achieve substantial gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by designing and deploying AI-powered sales solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); candidates whose AI experience is limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation will not meet this requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B software sales experience
