What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication analytics to customize interactions, predict partner requirements, and build sustained collaborative frameworks.
  • Discover and forge strategic partnerships that align with corporate goals through AI-powered market analysis, data-informed partner selection, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance via AI-driven analytics platforms and automated reporting mechanisms to deliver leadership real-time intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing teams in a traditional sense; this is an execution-focused role with established processes that ensure quality standards
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner acquisition
  • Concerning yourself with monthly income variability

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention rates, and measurable revenue growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in channel sales leadership roles (manager level or higher)
  • Minimum 7 years of comprehensive sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B software sales
  • Proven track record building or deploying AI-assisted workflows within sales operations
  • Current residence in North America
