Description

Traditional channel sales is built on shallow, transactional relationships—reactive strategies fueled by arbitrary quotas and short-lived incentives. Organizations deploy salespeople against generic lead databases, hoping for traction, while partner attrition remains dangerously high. The outcome: sluggish market expansion, lost revenue, and a perpetual struggle for competitive positioning. Legacy approaches depend on intuition and obsolete tactics rather than harnessing AI, analytical rigor, and automation to unlock genuine partnership value.

GFI's methodology centers on real-time intelligence, predictive modeling, and AI-enabled partner engagement. Rather than imposing rigid quotas, we grant you the autonomy to select optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated insights to deepen relationships, and deploy automation to amplify your reach. No bureaucratic friction. No micromanagement. Only a high-leverage position where your strategic choices directly influence growth and revenue performance.

This role is not designed for those seeking close supervision. It's not about broadcasting generic outreach or pursuing targets without context. This is a position for someone who knows how to discover and nurture high-value partnerships through modern platforms and strategic thinking. If you excel in ambiguous environments, integrate human judgment with AI-powered intelligence, and recognize that partner success drives sustainable revenue, you will thrive here.

You will occupy a central position in our growth engine, collaborating with leadership to accelerate intelligent market expansion. If you are prepared to take ownership, move beyond legacy models, and build a career measured by tangible impact, apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships by utilizing AI-enhanced communication analytics to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and sustain long-term collaboration.
  • Discover and forge strategic partnerships that align with corporate goals through AI-powered market research, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance via AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership real-time visibility and predictive trend forecasting.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management responsibilities; this is a hands-on position, and we maintain structured processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner acquisition
  • Worrying about monthly income variability
