Legacy telecom software follows a predictable pattern: oversized BSS/OSS architectures, implementations spanning multiple years, relentless customization cycles, and vendors who normalize project delays. Operators face pressure to extract value from 5G investments, accelerate MVNO launches, upgrade wholesale operations, and break free from vendor lock-in—yet the platforms they rely on were designed to resist rapid evolution.

Totogi operates on a different foundation, and this is not a conventional BSS vendor position:

  • Three shipping products, no vaporware: You will demonstrate a serverless 5G Charging system, a cloud-native Wholesale BSS solution, and the Telco Ontology—an AI-driven knowledge graph enabling LLMs to interpret a customer's complete telecom infrastructure. These are production systems, not future commitments.
  • Deployments measured in weeks, not years: Totogi delivers SaaS on AWS. No more justifying 18-month rollouts. You will present solutions that deploy rapidly and validate them in real time.
  • You control the technical outcome: Discovery sessions, demonstrations, solution design, RFP execution. You drive the technical argument. This is not a support role or an overlay function.
  • You compete against established players: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—armed with product differentiation they cannot replicate in architecture, deployment speed, or economics.

This position centers on securing technical victories in deals. You will execute customized demonstrations, facilitate discovery engagements, architect solutions, and deliver precise RFP responses spanning all three Totogi offerings. You must possess sufficient telecom expertise to discuss charging systems, billing platforms, CRM workflows, product catalogs, integration patterns, 5G protocols, migration challenges, and rating logic with authority—while linking technical specifics to commercial outcomes within the same dialogue.

You will function at the intersection of product capabilities, sales strategy, and customer requirements. Your deliverables must advance opportunities, support accurate scoping, and convert into measurable revenue. If you bring substantial experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom modernization and seek to represent a product demonstrably superior to incumbent alternatives, you should submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the functionality and interface of Totogi's platform
  • Conducting interviews with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical needs, and validation criteria
  • Creating solution scopes for the Professional Services organization, aligning customer requirements with Totogi's product capabilities
  • Producing RFP responses that define how Totogi's offerings satisfy technical and business requirements in structured procurement workflows

What you will NOT be doing

  • Directly selling products to customers
  • Producing templated Solution Scopes that fail to reflect individual customer contexts
  • Conducting sales enablement or performing administrative duties

Key responsibilities

  • Securing technical wins that progress sales opportunities across Totogi's three product lines (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering roles within the telco BSS/OSS sector
  • Proven track record leading technical sales processes for charging systems, billing platforms, BSS solutions, and lead-to-cash workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to execute impactful product demonstrations and present to executive-level technical and business audiences
  • Hands-on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule to support this global position, with customers and prospects concentrated in APAC, with presence in EMEA and Americas
