What you will be doing

  • Forge and nurture deep, impactful relationships with existing partners, utilizing AI-driven insights to tailor interactions and anticipate needs, ensuring sustainable collaboration.
  • Seek out and secure high-value partnerships that align with strategic goals, leveraging cutting-edge market intelligence, data-driven targeting, and advanced automation tools.
  • Leverage AI analytics to monitor partner performance and deliver actionable insights, ensuring leadership is equipped with real-time data and predictive analysis.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Being bogged down by traditional management tasks; expect a dynamic, hands-on role with streamlined processes for quality assurance.
  • Spending most of your time on partner recruitment; your focus will be on strategic growth and development.
  • Worrying about monthly earnings; your compensation is structured to reflect your impact and success.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive significant market growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring faster penetration, enhanced retention, and revenue amplification.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently based in the United States or Canada, as frequent travel to channel partner sites is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, account management, business development, or customer success
  • Experience in channel sales
  • Basic technical literacy to understand cybersecurity, backup, or IT-related concepts
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT and Perplexity
