What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication analytics to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and formalize strategic partnerships that align with corporate goals through AI-driven market research, precision targeting based on data, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance with AI-powered analytics platforms and automated dashboards to deliver leadership live intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management; this is a hands-on role, and we have structured processes to ensure and maintain quality
  • Spending the majority of your time recruiting new partners
  • Worrying about how much you will earn each month

Key responsibilities

  • Expand strategic partnerships, leading to faster market penetration, higher partner retention, and increased revenue.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
  • At least 7 years of total sales experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
  • Currently based in North America
