What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships through AI-enhanced communication analysis to customize engagement strategies, forecast partner requirements, and sustain long-term collaboration.
  • Source and formalize strategic partnerships that align with organizational priorities by applying AI-powered market research, data-informed partner selection, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance through AI-enabled analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership actionable intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conventional people management; this position is operationally focused, supported by established processes that ensure consistency and quality
  • Allocating the majority of your effort to new partner acquisition
  • Concerns about monthly compensation variability

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention rates, and measurable revenue growth.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in channel sales leadership roles (manager level or higher)
  • A minimum of 7 years of cumulative sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B software sales
  • Proven track record of developing or deploying AI-assisted workflows within a sales context
  • Current residence in North America
