Description

The software sector continues to struggle with transactional partner ecosystems—superficial connections fueled by aggressive targets and near-term pressure. Organizations deploy resources against contact databases with minimal strategy, resulting in partner attrition that undermines growth. Market expansion slows, revenue potential remains unrealized, and sustaining momentum becomes a perpetual challenge. Legacy approaches depend on intuition and conventional selling techniques rather than harnessing AI, analytical rigor, and automation to generate measurable outcomes.

GFI's methodology centers on live data streams, predictive modeling, and AI-supported partner engagement. Rather than imposing arbitrary targets, we provide the independence to select optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated intelligence to deepen alliances, and deploy automation to amplify results. Minimal friction. No organizational overhead. Simply a high-leverage position where your strategic choices translate directly into expansion and profitability.

This role is not designed for individuals seeking constant direction. It does not involve generic outreach campaigns lacking context or pursuing metrics without purpose. This position requires someone who knows how to discover and nurture valuable partnerships through contemporary platforms and strategic thinking. If you are comfortable navigating uncertainty, capable of integrating human judgment with AI-enhanced data, and convinced that partner prosperity underpins sustainable revenue, you will succeed here.

You will occupy a central position in our expansion roadmap, collaborating with senior leadership to accelerate smarter, more efficient market entry. If you are prepared to assume responsibility, move beyond legacy frameworks, and construct a career measured by tangible impact, submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand partnerships with current collaborators by utilizing AI-enhanced communication analysis to tailor interactions, forecast partner requirements, and build enduring relationships.
  • Discover and forge strategic alliances that align with organizational goals through AI-powered market research, data-informed partner selection, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner outcomes using AI-based analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership timely intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional people management; this is an execution-focused role, and we maintain structured frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
  • Spending the majority of your time onboarding new partners
  • Uncertainty about your monthly compensation

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnership growth, resulting in accelerated market entry, improved partner loyalty, and enhanced revenue performance.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or higher)
  • Minimum 7 years of overall sales experience
  • Background in B2B software sales
  • Demonstrated experience creating or deploying AI-assisted workflows within a sales context
  • Currently residing in North America
