Enterprise Sales Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

In the software world, the norm is often transactional partnerships—deals driven by numbers and short-term goals. Companies bombard lead lists, hoping for results, while partners come and go at an unsustainable pace. This leads to slow market growth, lost revenue, and the perpetual challenge of staying relevant. Conventional methods rely on instincts and outdated tactics rather than utilizing AI, data insights, and automation to generate true value.

At GFI, we flip the script with real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI-driven engagement. We replace arbitrary quotas with the freedom to target the right partners, using AI insights to enhance relationships and automation to amplify your impact. No red tape or bureaucracy here—just a dynamic role where your strategic choices directly fuel growth and revenue.

This isn't a position for those seeking micromanagement. It's not about cold outreach without context or chasing numbers blindly. It's for someone who can spot and nurture high-value partnerships with modern tools and strategic thinking. If you thrive in ambiguity, can merge human intuition with AI insights, and believe in partner success as the key to lasting revenue growth, you'll thrive here.

You'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, collaborating with leadership to drive smarter, faster market expansion. If you're ready to take charge, break away from outdated models, and build a career of impact, apply now.
